Job Title: Commercial Mortgage Broker
Salary: up to £40,000 Basic, OTE £80,000 - £100,000
Location: Godalming
Swarm Recruitment is working with a directly authorised, well-established & growing mortgage firm looking to expand their team. Their company was founded with one goal in mind: to simplify the mortgage process.
Due to growth and an influx of strong leads, they are looking for a motivated Commercial Mortgage Broker to join their team.
- Manage the mortgage application process from initial inquiry to completion.
- Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage products and options.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work closely with lenders and other professionals to secure the best deals.
- Proven experience in commercial mortgage broking.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
