Commercial Manager

Salary: £95k + excellent package (subsistence if required)

Based: Armagh (BT60 1AF)

Are you a Commercial Manager interested in joining a major infrastructure project about to commence in County Armagh?

About the Role / Company:

A Commercial Manager is required for a major civils project. The works will incorporate first class engineering and build techniques, with one of the UKs leading infrastructure contractors about to commence work on site. The role will require the Commercial Manager to take up a key role on the project, reporting into the Commercial Director. You will assist in the commercial set up of the contract, and once commenced will oversee major packages of work, alongside managing / overseeing a commercial team.

About You:

• Have £100m+ project experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in NEC
• Degree Qualified or Chartered (preferable)
• Structured career history, showing progression
• Ability to manage others
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Commercially astute, with strong negotiation skills
