Job description

A key commercial management role to help grow our client's business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.

To provide an outstanding commercial support function for the company:

  1. Commercial Management
  2. Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
  3. Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
  4. To work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service.
  5. Assist as necessary with supply chain management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
  2. Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  3. Commercial awareness in all aspects of print, litho and digital.
  4. High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills.
  5. IT literacy and numeric capability.
  6. The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
  7. Ability to be a confident and assertive individual.
  8. Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
