A team handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions with values exceeding £20m in a full-service, modern thinking Legal 500 firm

Role

• This is a unique opportunity for a driven and experienced Solicitor to lead a highly regarded multidisciplinary Commercial and Corporate Finance Team.
• The role has arisen due to succession planning and restructuring. The Commercial and Corporate Finance Team also includes a growing regulatory offering.
• The successful candidate will be expected to lead and develop the existing team whilst also identifying areas for growth and new revenue streams.
• An opportunity for additional recruitment into the team, which would give the successful candidate the chance to mold the team and create their own identity.
• This opportunity has fantastic potential and for the right candidate presents a clear pathway to an equity position within the firm’s partnership.

You

• 7+ PQE
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture business partner relationships.
• Flexible enough to work outside normal office hours and be comfortable attending a range of marketing events and progressing a variety of business development initiatives.
• Committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing, and maintaining professional relationships.
• The ability to lead and manage a professional services team.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of success and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
