Role: Cloud Architect (CONTACT CENTRE)

Contract Duration: 6-12 month contract

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working in Cardiff 1-2 days a week max

Compensation: NEGOTIABLE RATE, Inside IR35

I am currently supporting my not-for-profit client to recruit a contractor with expertise in Cloud and Contact Centre Architecture to lead an exciting new project.

We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:

Cloud Architecture
Excellent experience with CCaaS technologies
Amazon Connect Platform
