Role: Cloud Architect (CONTACT CENTRE)

• 6-12 month contract
• Hybrid working in Cardiff 1-2 days a week max
• NEGOTIABLE RATE
• Inside IR35

I am currently supporting my not-for-profit client to recruit a contractor with expertise in Cloud and Contact Centre Architecture to lead an exciting new project.

We are looking for someone with experience in the following areas:

1. Cloud Architecture
2. Excellent experience with CCaaS technologies
3. Amazon Connect Platform

Desirable:

• NICE Workforce Management Software
