About our Rail Sector:
Our Rail business is actively involved in several major programmes that are shaping the future of transportation infrastructure. These include the TransPennine Route Upgrade, Southern Renewals Enterprise, East Coast Digital Programme, HS2, and East West Rail. Each of these initiatives plays a crucial role in enhancing connectivity, improving rail services, and driving innovation within the industry. Additionally, we deliver Network Rail frameworks across our professional services disciplines, further demonstrating our commitment to excellence and our ability to provide comprehensive solutions.
Your Role:

It requires a strategic thinker with a robust technical and/or commercial background that provides the foundation for either direct or transferable skills to the Sector and someone with a growth mindset. Seeking opportunity in everything we deliver, the relationships we form and the interfaces we have with our Rail clients will provide a dynamic individual with constant development and challenge.
The key focus will be to develop the Rail sector nationally through strategic relationships and strategies to expand our current footprint. You will report to the Transportation Sector Director for Complex Infrastructure, Project and Programme Services UK and be part of our senior leadership team. The role requires a natural ability to collaborate with our existing teams to grow the business. We offer the flexibility to work from any of our UK Hubs.

Security clearance:
This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
