Client Delivery Manager / Project Manager, £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Great Benefits + Hybrid Working (1 Day in the office and 4 days working from home), fantastic growing company with culture to match, Newcastle Area, Monday to Friday 12.00 Midday to 8.00pm (supporting the US part of the business)
Overview:
The purpose of the role is to support, develop and plan a structured delivery approach that exceeds the clients’ objectives and expectations. The role holder will play a key role in delighting clients and will oversee one Client Delivery Manager while ensuring effective client communication, operational excellence, and efficiency in delivering key client campaigns.
Duties:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Client Delivery Manager(s) to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Work with the Client Delivery Lead and Product/Delivery Team to standardize campaign delivery (platform and process) to reduce cost base.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support in the achievement of key operational KPI’s.
- Set performance goals, regularly review performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Work with the Client Success Lead to ensure day-to-day management and coaching of the Client Success Team.
- Understand client business objectives and ensure campaigns align with their goals.
- Support key clients by managing the day-to-day operational aspects of upcoming and existing projects and contracts.
- Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to understand and establish targets, objectives, and schedules, incorporating this into the project plan.
- Serve as a point of contact for Account teams and clients, ensuring excellent communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Work with Account Directors to conduct regular reviews with clients, providing performance updates, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of complex contracts and standard client platform campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Align campaign schedules to incorporate resources required, optimizing workload distribution to meet demands of multiple, simultaneous client campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Product Development, to ensure smooth campaign launches and delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews of campaign delivery processes, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate with Client Delivery Lead, Operational Leads, and the wider team to standardize processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Support the team in identifying inefficiencies and developing actionable strategies to address root causes.

- 3+ years proven experience in a client delivery, client services, or project management role, ideally within the technology or marketing/agency environment.
- Strong leadership skills, working with high-performing teams.
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
