We are currently recruiting for a CIO Commercial Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements
As the CIO Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the governance and commercial management of two or more substantial IT suppliers who provide multiple, critical and highly detailed services to RSA. You will implement strategies to control costs and achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.
You will be working closely with our strategic technology suppliers in ensuring that supplier related expenditures stay within budget and align with wider CIO goals. You will review Statement of Works (SOWs) that have been submitted and challenge stakeholders if the use of them is not correct.
You will ensure that the agreed contractual obligations of the critical suppliers are being met and evidenced; where there are areas of non-compliance, action plans are in place. You will work on the preparation of regular reports on commercial performance.

The Individual
To be successful in this role you will have a solid understanding of financial principles and cost management. You will have experience in commercial & supplier management, including contract management & relationship management with outsourced arrangements.
You will have knowledge of 3rd party risk management. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels in a collaborative manner.
You will have good negotiation skills and be able to execute strategies in a multi-stakeholder environment. You will have good numeracy skills (financial analysis) and attention to detail.
