We’re seeking a full-time Chief Sales Officer with a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate is a skilled recruiter, coach, and mentor who can inspire and develop a high-performing team. With expertise in real estate sales strategies, contract negotiations, and market trends, this leader will play a critical role in our team’s growth and success.

Compensation
  • Expected Yearly Earnings: Up to $150,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
Responsibilities
  • Lead team meetings, sales training, and script practice to encourage continuous development.
  • Provide expert guidance on contracts and negotiations, ensuring successful transactions.
  • Develop individual success plans tailored to each agent’s strengths and areas for growth.
  • Work closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and team support.
  • Drive overall team revenue and growth while fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales professionals to expand our team.
  • Coach and mentor agents to sharpen their skills, enhance productivity, and drive performance.
  • Establish clear goals and hold agents accountable for meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
  • Proven success in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Expertise in sales processes, contracts, and negotiation tactics.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred; familiarity with Keller Williams is a plus.
