About the Job
The Chief Executive Officer will play a critical role in setting and executing the strategic direction of the business. The role will focus on scaling the company, driving operational efficiencies, and overseeing global expansion across key business units. With a broad remit, the CEO will lead cross-functional teams, manage investor relations, and deliver long-term value through corporate development, strategic investments, and financial optimisation.

Duties will include:

1. Shaping and implementing the long-term vision and growth strategy across AI and SaaS portfolios
2. Leading M&A and IPO-related activities, including sourcing, structuring, and post-merger integration
3. Overseeing multi-million-pound P&L and driving revenue and EBITDA growth
4. Enhancing operational efficiency through restructuring and transformation initiatives
5. Guiding the development of product strategy and digital innovation across markets
6. Managing stakeholder relationships, including investors, board members, and strategic partners
7. Driving global expansion efforts and aligning business units under a unified operational framework
8. Ensuring financial discipline, investment performance, and strong corporate governance

About the Successful Applicant
You will be a seasoned executive with leadership experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or strategic investment environments. You’ll bring a strong track record in scaling ventures, leading M&A and IPO processes, and driving financial and operational performance across international markets. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a hands-on leadership approach are essential.
