What you will do:

1. Administer chemotherapy treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and practices.
2. Closely monitor patient reactions to treatments, managing side effects and escalating any concerns to ensure comprehensive care.
3. Provide emotional and educational support to patients and their families throughout their treatment process.
4. Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
5. Collaborate effectively with oncologists, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members to optimise patient outcomes.
6. Educate patients on their treatment plans, potential side effects, and post-treatment care requirements.
7. Adhere strictly to infection control and health and safety protocols within the oncology unit.
