Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for casual staff to join our amazing team. This is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility. A need for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing food to a high level within the Central Production Kitchen based in Edinburgh.
  • Delivery of food at our events premises throughout Scotland.
  • Reporting into Executive Head Chef.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Being friendly yet professional.
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism.
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Being proactive is key.
  • Experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Be organised and adaptable with the ability to support all aspects within a catering setting.
  • Be motivated and excellent at working as part of a team with the ability to multitask and work to specific time frames agreed.
  • Be able to follow recipes and specifications to ensure quality as standard.
  • Experience working as a Chef De Partie.
