Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by our client, who are a growing Independent and a highly regarded practice of Chartered Building Surveyors and designers, based in the Cotswold District. Brief job details:

• Mainly carrying out building surveys.
• A significant percentage of work is on traditional and Listed buildings.
• Most of the projects are located in the Southwest of England, predominantly in the Cotswolds.
• The client base includes private clients, rural estates, local authorities, charities, developers and contractors.

Candidates:

• Will need to be MRICs with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
• Have a working knowledge of planning and heritage legislation and building regulations.
• Experience in Building Surveys, predominantly RICS Level 3 and some Level 2, as well as Commercial Surveys, Maintenance and dilapidations inspections, schedules, and negotiations.
• Experience in projects including Commercial, Residential, Conservation, and construction design and management for a range of commercial, residential, and heritage projects.
• Practice management experience will be an advantage.
