What You Will Do:

1. Lead a dynamic team of artists, inspiring creativity and excellence in every project.
2. Utilize your strong experience in automotive CGI/Visualisation to create captivating images and animations.
3. Employ expert knowledge of design processes and integrate visualisation effectively.
4. Master the use of design software such as Autodesk Maya, VRED, VRay, Unreal, and Adobe creation suite to bring concepts to life.
5. Ensure projects are delivered with beauty and precision, adhering to timelines through innovative and efficient workflows.
6. Enhance the visual stimulus through computer-generated stills, animation, VR, and real-time experiences.

What You Will Bring:

1. Proven experience in automotive CGI/Visualisation and a strong artistic portfolio.
2. Expertise in design software (Autodesk Maya, VRED, VRay, Unreal, Adobe creation suite).
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills, coupled with proficiency in IT/Microsoft Office.
4. A leadership mindset with a track record of analytical thinking and quality delivery in demanding environments.
5. A relevant degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for knowledge in game engine driven pipelines and digital material creation.
