As Care Home Deputy Manager, you'll support the delivery of quality care in a Barchester care home. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and helping residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. With your experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as HR, sales and marketing, and budget management skills, you'll set the highest standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.

We'll also look for some HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and an understanding of budget management.
