Used Car Sales Executive needed in Lancaster

1. Basic Salary of £15,000.
2. OTE of c. £40,000 - uncapped potential!
3. Working Hours - 5.5 day working week.
4. Flexible working arrangements.
5. Motor trade experience desirable although not essential.

Our client, a well-respected, family-run automotive retailer, is seeking a Used Car Sales Executive to join their team in their busy Lancaster branch. What will the successful Used Car Sales Executive do?

1. Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy.
2. Encourage customers to experience the product firsthand.
3. Upsell product features.
4. Process enquiries.
5. Display excellent customer service skills.
6. Plan and organise their own daily sales activity.
7. Work effectively alongside colleagues and other departments.
8. Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the group in achieving its aims and objectives.

The successful Used Car Sales Executive will have:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. A full UK driving license.
3. Experience as a Car Sales Executive is preferable but not essential.
4. The ability to build strong relationships with a range of demographics.
5. An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
