What you could be doing...

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
Providing expert guidance on vehicle features, finance options, and additional services to enhance the customer experience
Managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey for customers
Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets with the support of a structured sales process and dedicated supporting roles
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to confidently present vehicles and associated services
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business

What we’re looking for...

Previous experience in automotive sales, with a strong track record of success
A proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring every client receives a tailored experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple enquiries effectively
A results-driven mindset, with the ambition to exceed sales targets
A full UK driving licence
