Join us at DP World, the leading provider of smart logistics solutions, as our Qlikview BI Developer. In this role, our successful candidate will gather user’s business requirements and technical specifications and work closely with the Operations team. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining operational data quality dashboards, designing and supporting QlikView & QlikSense applications, building data structures using various source systems, creating QlikView & QlikSense dashboards with different objects, generating reports using NPrinting, and optimizing data models and load scripts for improved performance.
In this role you will also implement section access, assist users in utilizing QlikView & QlikSense, convert applications between the two platforms, and create technical specifications and test reports. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with various departments, developing Key Performance Indicators, generating ad-hoc reports, coordinating project development tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of professional experience in design/development of Qlikview/QlikSense applications as well as a Computer Science degree or other relevant Information Technology or numerate degree. You will also ideally have experience using one of the following systems or more: Container terminal, freight, transport, and warehouse management systems.
