Business Centre Manager - Commercial Office Space
£40,000 + 25% bonus (£52k package)
Basingstoke

A fantastic opportunity for a proven self-starter with strong business acumen to join a global Real Estate company, running the operations of one of their biggest sites.

The Role:
  1. Responsible for the successful day-to-day management of your site/s, including all aspects of sales and operations, with an expectation to travel between sites as required.
  2. Deliver and exceed the site's commercial targets and key metrics. Driving income, managing expenditure and achieving high-yielding NOI (Net Operating Income).
  3. Line management responsibility of Assistant Business Centre Manager and Maintenance Operative.
  4. Drive revenue by delivering new sales and enhancing ancillary income streams.
  5. Ensure all customers’ needs are met through the customer journey and sales process.
  6. Establish and maintain solid relationships with key partners, brokers, agents & local authorities.
  7. Supervision and communication of the maintenance, reception and administrative staff duties.
  8. Monthly invoicing, billing and cost analysis.
  9. Reviewing and managing your site/s P&L against budget and key objectives.
  10. Completion of all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales.
  11. Regular site audits with key stakeholders and daily inspections to maintain high standards.
  12. Ensure that all company procedures and policies are adhered to.
  13. Form collaborative relationships that can be developed into partnerships for new business.
  14. Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, including legislative compliance & best practices.

Essential requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry.
  2. Line management experience.
  3. Able to build long-term relationships including networking, and liaising with partners and stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage operations, finance and sales processes.
  6. Enthusiastic, professional and a proven self-starter who strives for exceptional standards.
