Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Birmingham

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing business processes, and driving solutions to align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilise techniques such as process mapping, SIPOC, and SWOT analysis to document and improve processes.
2. Conduct workshops, gather stakeholder input, and ensure alignment across teams.
3. Design and support the transition to new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with business objectives.
4. Collaborate with tech teams to define system requirements, user interfaces, and reporting needs.
5. Ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
6. Work with HR/Training to create materials and lead training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
7. Provide ongoing project updates, manage risks, and evaluate deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in business analysis, ideally in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
2. Proficient in tools like MS Project, Miroboard, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Experience with Microsoft Business Applications (e.g., Dynamics, Power Platform, SQL).
4. Strong communication skills, able to bridge business and IT teams.
5. Familiar with project lifecycle, risk management, and defining acceptance criteria.
6. Relevant qualifications (e.g., ISEB, Six Sigma, ECBA, CBAP) or equivalent experience.
