Responsibilities
- Delivering a full range of building surveying services across residential, education, commercial, and public sector projects.
- Conducting building condition surveys, defect analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and contract documents.
- Managing contract administration and project management duties.
- Advising on statutory compliance, including building regulations, planning, and health & safety requirements.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors, assisting in their professional development.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Working towards or achieved MRICS/MCIOB status (support provided).
- Experience in a consultancy or client-side role.
- Strong knowledge of construction, building regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
