Responsibilities

• Delivering a full range of building surveying services across residential, education, commercial, and public sector projects.
• Conducting building condition surveys, defect analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and contract documents.
• Managing contract administration and project management duties.
• Advising on statutory compliance, including building regulations, planning, and health & safety requirements.
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors, assisting in their professional development.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Working towards or achieved MRICS/MCIOB status (support provided).
• Experience in a consultancy or client-side role.
• Strong knowledge of construction, building regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
