Are you a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor, who has ambitions to become a Chartered Building Surveyor?

The company

A leading property and construction consultancy, known for delivering high-quality building surveying services to a diverse portfolio of clients, is now looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Central London (Waterloo) office.

Whilst working towards your APC/chartership, the Assistant Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across multiple sectors including Heritage, Education, Hotels and Residential.

The Assistant Building Surveyor role

They work across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

Key Requirements from the Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying or Real Estate
• 12 months experience as a minimum
• Consultancy background would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus
