Blaster - Stockton-on-Tees
Connect Appointments is looking for a Blaster to join our client's growing team, working across various sites in the Stockton area and leaving from Port Clarence each day.
What you'll do?
- Operate and maintain blasting equipment
- Work safely in confined spaces
- Hold a medium risk confined space certificate
- Spot and fix blasting issues
- Adjust blasting settings as needed
- Prepare and load explosives into blast holes
- Track and report blasting progress
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations
What's on offer?
- Full-time temporary position
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm - early finish on Fridays
- 16.62 per hour + enhanced overtime rates
