Job description

Coeden Timber Limited is a UK-based Teak lumber company with administrative headquarters in London and operational facilities and Teak plantations in Northern Brazil. Specializing in the manufacture and export of finished Teak products, including parquet, flooring, decking, and cladding, we cater to customers in Europe, Asia and the USA. Our sustainable plantations are grown from seed on farmlands, helping to combat deforestation. Our operations adhere to the highest standards, including the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) requirements, UK Timber Regulations (UKTR), European Union Timber Regulations (EUTR) 2013, and the Lacey Act in the USA.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cross Border Sales Executive, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Cross Border Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales of Teak products across various international markets, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, handling sales documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves market research to identify new opportunities and providing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience in international sales, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of sales documentation and compliance with UKTR, EUTR, and the Lacey Act
  • Strong market research skills and ability to identify new sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience in the timber industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
