Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the writing of bid proposals, tenders, and pre-qualification documents.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and senior leaders to develop tailored proposals.
  3. Ensure compliance with bid requirements and deadlines.
  4. Maintain a library of bid content, case studies, and templates.
  5. Track ongoing bids and ensure timely submissions.
  6. Contribute to improving the bid process.

What you will bring:

  1. Proven experience as a Bid Writer within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector.
  2. Strong understanding of the bid process and document management.
  3. Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
