We're looking for a Bid Manager to join the Opencast Growth Team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing proposals across the procurement lifecycle, from EOI/RFI through to ITT. Opencast works with both public sector and private sector clients, so an understanding of Government frameworks and/or private sector procurement will be helpful.
The role will involve planning and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of proposal responses in collaboration with colleagues across the wider Opencast team and partner organisations to prepare, format and submit winning proposals.
You'll need to take the lead running key sessions including kick-offs, reviews, and signoff so you should also have experience coaching contributors and managing production against tender requirements.
In addition to proposal management, you will also have an opportunity to get involved in continuous improvement activities including running bid retros and contributing to process improvements.
We will consider you even if you have limited bid experience, if you can demonstrate strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills, and a good understanding of digital and technology product/services procurement.
We'll want you to demonstrate experience in bid management. You don't need to have had the job title of bid manager before.

Salary range for this role: £49,000-£64,000.
