Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Analyst Opportunity In Basildon - Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week in Basildon

Our client is a well-known, highly respected brand looking for a BI Reporting and Data Analyst on a permanent basis. The position will be offered on a hybrid basis with the HQ being based just outside of Basildon. Due to the location having limited access via public transport, applicants will need access to a car and must live within a realistic commutable distance.
The duties of the BI Reporting Analyst will involve manipulating a range of data sets to create reports and dashboards for leadership. 70% of the position will be based on operational reporting such as monthly performance, with the other 30% being ad-hoc reporting requirements.

The salary on offer is up to £38,500 per annum plus a benefits package that includes healthcare insurance with BUPA, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, various insurances, pension match at 4%, car schemes, and discount platforms.
The working arrangement will be hybrid; however, for the first 3 months, this position is a full-time onsite requirement while you meet stakeholders and complete company-specific training. After the 3-month period, you will be site-based 3 days per week with flexibility to choose your schedule.
