  • Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the efficiency of the counter-fraud process and aid improved underwriting performance.
  • Provide analytics to support business case appraisals.
  • Assist in engaging with external companies and intelligence agencies to identify new opportunities to combat fraud and enhance our underwriting capabilities.
  • Use data to identify fraud rings and organised fraud, adhering to internal and industry protocols.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Fraud Investigators, Claims, and Pricing teams to achieve key objectives.
Qualifications
  • Creative problem-solving skills using data.
  • Proven ability to perform statistical analysis, either through education or work experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex issues.

  • Self-motivated and eager to take the lead on projects and new initiatives within a small team environment.
  • Good knowledge of programming skills (Python/SQL knowledge desirable)
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience in data or pricing analysis (Desirable).

We’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do. As a valued member of The AA team, you’ll have access to a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + holiday buying scheme
  • Worksave pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution
