Job description
We are currently looking for an experienced Guest Services Assistant for a luxury hotel located in Ascot. The Guest Services Assistant will be responsible for welcoming guests on arrival and making them feel at home. They'll also assist guests with any needs they have and communicate your expert knowledge on hotel facilities.
The Guest Services Assistant will receive:
- Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
- 40 hour week contract - all overtime paid
- Tips

The Guest Services Assistant will have:

- Ideally experience using the PMS system, Opera
- Excellent presentation at all times
- A FULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE
