The Sikorsky Avionics Product Center plays a vital role, focusing on the manufacture, procurement, and assembly of helicopter wire harness, electrical panels and electrical components. We are looking for a passionate and transformative Continuous Improvement Lead to help drive our mission forward.
THE WORK
As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will be instrumental in identifying and implementing initiatives that propel our productivity and quality to new heights. Supporting the Avionics department at the Stratford location, you’ll work with manufacturing operations, quality, engineering and other support functions to collaboratively identify opportunities, develop new technology insertions and deliver on critical needs for the manufacturing floor.

WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced Continuous Improvement professional with a proven track record in leading change across complex operational environments. You have expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or Agile principles, allowing you to analyze processes critically and effectively. Your communication and leadership skills enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line employees to executives. Your ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability makes you a key player in driving Sikorsky's mission forward.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
