The Role:

  • As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team.
  • Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
  • An Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for managing and creating exceptional and memorable first impressions to all hotel users.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager to evaluate levels of exceptional customer service.
  • Organised, structured, able to delegate whilst addressing all business needs.
  • Operates with a sale and promotes the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates.
  • Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members.
  • Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and developing.
  • Product savvy, knowledgeable in expected services, pricing.
