The Role:

  • As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team
  • Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
  • Responsible for managing and creating exceptional and memorable first impressions for all hotel users
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in evaluating levels of exceptional customer service
  • Organized and structured, able to delegate while addressing all business needs
  • Operate with a sales mindset and promote the hotel brand's loyalty scheme
  • Maximize room occupancy at the best rates
  • Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
  • Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Product savvy and knowledgeable in expected services and pricing
