Is your Commercial Heating product range too outdated? Are your customers more interested in heat pumps now? If so, this is the job for you! We're looking for an Area Sales Manager for a leading HVAC and Renewables company in the Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, and Sheffield area. Basic salary up to £56K and uncapped commission worth at least £15-20K p.a. This company is currently experiencing high volumes of growth in the commercial heat pump sector.
Established almost 40 years ago, with a multi-million-pound turnover, this company has had a stable presence in the UK and is a front runner in the Renewables Sector. You will be well managed and work for a company that is customer-focused and has a large and efficient product range. The difference with this company is they offer an excellent product range backed up by first-class support throughout the sales process.
To sell a range of heating, cooling, and renewable products to M&E Consultants and Contractors. Responsibilities include:
- A mix of new business and account management.
- Organising and delivering CPDs.
- Identifying projects and building relationships with clients, quoting, and following up.
Essential Experience
1. Experience of selling commercial mechanical products to Consultants and/or Contractors. Domestic ASM would be considered if they've done some specification selling.
2. Driven and hungry to earn lots of money.
3. IT literate.
Desirable Experience
1. Heat Pump knowledge.
Basic salary £45K - £56K
Commission c£15K - 20K paid monthly
