Bluestones Medical Complex Care is seeking an exceptional Area Children’s House Manager for solo placements where you can empower our young people to reach their full potential.

Working Hours: 40 Hours contract

Salary: Starting from £60,000 + Benefits

  • Working between two services with one young person per home, with mentoring a Registered Manager in a third home.

CIW Primary Purpose of Job:

As an Area Manager with a Level 5 qualification, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of two young people’s homes. You would also mentor a third young person at home, which would have a Registered Manager in situ. You would guide them and pass on your experience and knowledge to develop them on their journey. You will ensure that the houses provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person.

CIW Qualifications and Skills:
