Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

They are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Reading offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need:

1. Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice post architectural technology degree completion.
2. Experience of job running in previous roles.
3. An up-to-date knowledge on local building regulations.
4. Proficiency with AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. Degree within Architectural Technology.
2. Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice in a relevant role.
3. Job running experience.
4. AutoCAD software proficiency is essential.
5. Experience with Revit is desirable.
6. Strong knowledge and understanding of up-to-date UK building regulations.
7. Understanding of how to discharge planning conditions is beneficial.
8. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
11. CIAT registered would be beneficial.
12. Full UK Drivers License.
