This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading multidisciplined architectural practices who provide award-winning design services to all building sectors within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Reading offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need to have strong experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice post architectural technology degree completion. The successful individual will need to have experience of job running in previous roles as well as an up-to-date knowledge on local building regulations. The successful individual will also need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

1. Degree within Architectural Technology
2. Strong post qualification experience within a UK practice in a relevant role
3. Job running experience
4. AutoCAD software proficiency is essential
5. Experience with Revit is desirable
6. Strong knowledge and understanding of up-to-date UK building regulations
7. Understanding of how to discharge planning conditions is beneficial
8. Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
9. Strong attention to detail
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
11. CIAT registered would be beneficial
12. Full UK Drivers License
