We’re Looking for Someone With:

1. Experience in a similar role, such as Software Application Support (desirable).
2. Technical knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and database administration.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
5. A commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
