About Our Client

My client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Executive based in Tadworth.

Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
  • Monitor aging accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment inquiries, disputes, and account status.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on accounts receivable status, including outstanding balances and collection efforts.
  • Work closely with the finance team to assist in monthly and year-end close processes.
  • Support the improvement and automation of accounts receivable processes within our financial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • May have previous Accounts Receivable Executive experience.
  • May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (experience with [insert relevant software] is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
