As an Independent Travel Agent & Recruitment Agent, your role will consist of two main responsibilities:

Travel Agent Duties:

1. Assist clients in booking and customizing travel experiences (flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, etc.)
2. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel trends, and packages
3. Negotiate and secure the best deals for clients while earning commissions on sales
4. Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest travel industry trends, destinations, and packages

Recruitment Agent Duties:

1. Recruit and onboard new travel agents, building a team of like-minded individuals
2. Mentor and train your recruits, helping them grow their own businesses
3. Earn commissions on the sales made by your recruits, increasing your earning potential
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to your team, ensuring their success
