Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has project management experience within the food industry. This is not a sales role, but rather someone who has excellent client relationship management, good communication, and project management skills.
- Daily support of a leading food retail client, acting as their account manager.
- Accountable for the direction and progression of products and for the success of the spec, pack copy and artwork approval.
- Day-to-day service delivery to the client as well as helping to support their internal teams.
- Develop client relationships and ensure that the needs of the client are met.
- Attend client meetings when necessary - usually 2-3 times a year.
- Reporting writing of client performance.
- Provide client feedback when required.
- Previous project management or account management experience within the food (Manufacturing or retail) industry.
- Approachable, pro-active, organised, and resilient.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to deal with difficult conversations and find an outcome.
- Ability to prioritise workload and deadlines.
- Happy to travel to meetings when required.
- Positive attitude and keen to learn.
