An established industry player is seeking an Academic Co-ordinator to provide vital administrative support for their programmes. This role, covering maternity leave, requires a proactive individual with a strong background in administration, ideally within higher education. You will be responsible for maintaining student records, assisting with pre-enrolment processes, and ensuring effective communication with students and staff. Reports to: Academic Co-ordinator Team Leader
Business Function: Registry and Academic Services
Location: North Common Road/Gunnersbury Avenue (Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover: April 2025 – January 2026) - Includes a requirement to work one Saturday per month.
Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata
The Academic Co-ordinator will administer programmes as designated by the Academic Co-ordinator Team Leader and any other courses offered by the Institute. This role provides maternity cover from April 2025 to January 2026 and will support the operation, administration, and development of the academic coordination team and the Institute.
The Academic Co-ordinator will provide dedicated administrative support, acting as a key interface with the student body. Programme allocation will be made based on workload requirements, student cohort sizes, and operational needs.
