Business Decarbonisation Workplan Lead - Maternity Cover

Are you passionate about sustainability and looking for a part-time opportunity to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Decarbonisation Workplan Lead to join us for a six-month maternity cover starting in April 2025.

This is your chance to lead a critical workplan and foster collaboration across the energy and built environment sectors as we drive progress toward Net Zero. You will help businesses decarbonise by creating practical resources, updating policy information, and engaging directly with companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Executing a pre-designed workplan focused on sustainability reporting and offsetting.
  • Creating educational resources such as FAQs, reports, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Keeping the BEAMA 2050 Connected Hub up-to-date with relevant UK and EU policy developments.
  • Engaging with members to gather case studies and promote participation.
  • Supporting data collection and contribute to BEAMA’s decarbonisation goals.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting and offsetting while delivering meaningful resources that support businesses in decarbonising.
