In our team, you will provide remote support to our customers and resolve incidents related to our products deployed in high security environments. You will participate in the commissioning of the products and you will be in charge of collecting customer needs and proposals for improvement in order to provide high quality technical support.
Among the most relevant duties, you will participate in the resolution of incidents and doubts of use of our products, in the assistance to the deployment in the commissioning at customers, deployment in test environments (mock-ups) and demonstration (pilots), as well as obtaining feedback from customers: proposals for improvement and identification of new needs.
For this position, we are looking for technicians with experience in product support, preferably in communications or cybersecurity.
The most relevant skills will be: ability to analyse communications in TCP/IP networks (addressing, routing, firewalls, etc.), PKI (certificate management, secure protocols, etc.), network traffic (Wireshark, tcpdump), application protocols (POP, IMAP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP...), environment virtualisation, knowledge and interest in cybersecurity.
