What are you going to do?
As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire process from the moment the order is received until the project is finished. You are the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer. You are our expert in the field of placements and installations of our UFOs. You ensure that everything will be arranged as discussed with our sales manager and proactively advise on which product(s) suit the customer best.
If necessary, you check the project sites and check the availability while managing the logistic process. There is close contact with the managers on site about where the systems are located, what they can expect, and what needs to be communicated. You continue monitoring the project in the background for the duration of the project. If necessary, you'll visit the customer again in the meantime. In case of incidents and issues, you prepare the reports and take care of the handling.
About Kooi
Kooi offers mobile camera systems that are deployed to easily and optimally observe construction sites, waste sites, and remote areas. With the systems, called Unit For Observation (UFO), we are pioneers in the European market. Kooi has its own monitoring center, the Kooi Alarm Center. In this certified alarm center, all reports from the connected systems are analyzed and processed. The systems are designed, assembled, and maintained by the Kooi head office in Drachten, Netherlands. We also have offices in Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, and Sweden.
