We are seeking a highly skilled Construction & Commissioning Manager for Digital Infrastructures.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the construction of Data Centers for renowned big clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a detailed construction procedure for Data Centers.
• Establish an orderly and digital process for the project commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate the H&S and Sustainability Plan.
• Implement the digital construction process. Define tools and scope for 4D, 5D & 6D management.
• DfmA strategy.
• Locate key supply chain and sister companies.
• Plan and coordinate construction activities, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor project performance, define the project objectives and make critical decisions.
• Manage client relationships and commercial aspects of the contract.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Building Construction. Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in Commissioning processes for Data Centers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
