Now, we are seeking an International Controller on VIE contract for our International Finance Department who’ll create and analyze financial reports, budget tracking and development of management control tools on General and Administrative costs in transversal.

Your responsibilities:

You will be a member of the International Controlling Teams of the Europe Zone of ALTEN from our Barcelona office and reporting to the Head of Controlling based in Barcelona. You will be a participative person in close collaboration with the different team members as well as with various international contacts.

Your objectives:

1. Analyze and produce financial group reports (e.g., margin per project / resource, P&L, headcount) and operational activity indicators (KPIs) for the Netherlands or Finland.
2. Monitor and ensure the quality of General & Administrative (G&A) costs.
3. Assist in the preparation of the budget process.
4. Provide expertise to the controlling team of your company, ensuring a proper implementation of core model processes.

Your qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent professional.
2. Professional experience of 1 / 2 years.
3. You are advanced on Microsoft Excel.
4. You are fluent in English and French (other EU language could be a plus).
5. Detail and team-oriented with excellent cross-functional team leadership and participation skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment.
