Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

The core task of the department is to set the corporate strategy and ensure its implementation within CARIAD. In particular, this includes steering the transformation program and driving a number of high priority strategic projects.
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader as Head of Target Management (f / m / d) who will shape the strategic direction of CARIAD and act as the primary interface to our key partners for our internal groups. The role provides an opportunity to have deep impact by working closely with senior management across the group and company. Your job will furthermore include the translation of our strategy and transformation program to corporate targets and targets of organizational units.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking, excellent business- / partner development skills and the ability to work cross-functionally at experienced levels.
