Job Description – Business Development Executive – IT Services Sales
WovVTechnologies is looking for Sales champions across various experience levels who will be responsible for Technology Services Sales. Looking for go-getters with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. The ideal candidate would have a proven experience track of target achievements in Technology Services Sales in International and Domestic Market.

1-3 Years – Business Development Executive – IT Services Sales
3-4 years – Sr. Business Development Executive – IT Services Sales
5-8 years – Area Sales Director
8 – 12 years – Regional Sales Director
12 + years for AVP Level

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Create regional sales plans and quotas for Technology Services Sales and Resource Augmentation
Drive and Plan IT Services Sales to have maximum utilization of available resources
Understand industry trends and work with human resources teams to build the IT services strength
Focus on mix of commodity and niche IT skills to drive revenues and utilization
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with customer accounts of all sizes.
Perform Client-need Analysis, track their pain-points to develop a reach-out strategy.
Meet or exceed sales objectives at the enterprise level.
Lead execution of overall go-to-market strategy involving business growth accountability, customers and partner engagement, marketing and demand generation plans.
Deliver Value: Be able to deliver on, and communicate the value associated with WovVTech Services.
Establish Relationships: Establish and nurture senior level relationships built on trust, develop client champions, and identify key stakeholders.
Strategic Partner: Become the client’s day-to-day strategic advisor who understands their business challenges and can communicate the positive business outcomes of working with WovVTech.
Guarantee Retention: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, professional services, product dev, training and support) to create a unified account team that supports the customer through contract renewal and surfaces new growth opportunities.
Proactively supporting client and increasing engagement levels through monthly follow ups
Find new avenues of Revenue generation and alliance opportunities
Reporting on weekly/monthly performance and providing accurate forecasting.
Create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Participating in national and international IT business events, presenting company services and products and converting into business.
Requirements:
Experienced – 1+ years in SAAS/selling Software Solutions including both transactional sales and strategic selling experience.
Experience in selling commodity skills (Java, .Net) and Niche skills (React Native, RoR)
Performer – Consistent over achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
Visionary – Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in client’s vision.
Entrepreneurial – You’ve worked with start-ups and emerging organizations. You understand how to build and grow a successful business.
Domain – Experience with resource augmentation and IT services Sales is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
Go-Getter – Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
Excellent Communication – You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it with consultative professional business acumen
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team

Ready to travel across India and Outside of India.
