Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V (NSEU) has been established in 2002 and is a fully owned subsidiary of Nippon Seiki Co. Ltd., based in Nagaoka, Japan. Our European headquarters is located in Hoofddorp – The Netherlands. We focus on the European automotive market with our engineering sites located close to the industry in Hallbergmoos (Germany), Redditch (United Kingdom) and a software development office in Gdansk (Poland).

Your Profile:

  • Background in business administration, project management, or related fields with knowledge of finance, negotiation, and time management.
  • Customer-focused, resourceful, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, customer portals, and company-specific QMS processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, take initiative, and maintain professionalism in business interactions.
  • Understanding of intercultural business environments, with adaptability to different processes and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing RFIs/RFQs, tracking documents, obtaining necessary inputs, and executing workflows in Synergy (Sales Price Management, Transfer Price Management, etc.).
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, support entries on customer portals, prepare presentations, and maintain project documentation.
  • Handle ordering, relabeling, pickup, shipping, and delivery of samples between office, warehouse, customers, and partners.
  • Act as a backup or provide additional support to the Team Assistant during high workload periods.
  • Support other departments on an as-needed basis in coordination with a mentor or coach.
